CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Cancellation Policies: Thank you for choosing our private studio for your beauty experience. To provide each client with exceptional, uninterrupted service, the following policies are in place to protect both your reserved time and the flow of the studio. โฆ Deposit Requirement: A 30% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are confirmed only once the retainer has been received. The retainer is applied toward your total service balance. โฆ Rescheduling & Cancellations We kindly require at least 48 hoursโ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. โข Cancellations made with less than 48 hoursโ notice will result in forfeiture of deposit. โข The retainer may be transferred one time to a new appointment when proper notice is provided. โข Repeated rescheduling may require a new retainer to continue booking. โฆ Late Arrival Policy A 15-minute grace period is extended for late arrivals. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show due to the limited time available and the potential impact on subsequent client appointments. โฆ No-Show Policy Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit. โฆ Card on File & Outstanding Balances A valid card on file is required for all bookings. If a charge is declined, future booking access will be temporarily restricted until the outstanding balance is resolved. โฆ Emergency Considerations We understand that true emergencies occur. Situations such as sudden illness or family emergencies will be handled with care and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please notify the studio as soon as possible so we may support you accordingly. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. These guidelines allow us to honor the time reserved exclusively for you while maintaining a seamless experience for every guest.
